The Village Barbers requires no appointments. You just walk in and most days you’ll be sitting in one of Wendy’s big comfy red leather chairs in minutes. On Friday nights and Saturday’s you may have to wait a short while, but with both Wendy and her fellow barber Milly manning the scissors and their trusty razors, the wait is never very long.
Wendy can offer men any style of their choosing, from a simple one grade clipper cut to a more intricate scissor and clipper styling. Not only do you get a great hair cut but the prices are very reasonable, ranging from £8 for a single grade to £15 if you include styling and a washing. Wendy and Milly are true artists when it comes to men’s hair cutting and hair styling.
You won’t get a better deal anywhere!
The shop is not a stuffy old barber shop or high tech, cold and unwelcoming either. It has a definite woman’s touch which makes it bright and cozy at the same time. The chairs are plush and you never feel rushed.
