Perfect to serve with Christmas Pudding or mince pies. Why not try adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to this recipe for extra festive spice.




175 grams                 Butter softened         

175 grams                 Golden Icing Sugar

5 tbsp                       Brandy


How to make Brandy Butter

  • Cream the butter until light and fluffy then add in the icing sugar
  • Beat in the brandy
  • Chill until required
  • Remove from the fridge about 1 hour before serving
